Construction preparation
施工前对振捣平台等设备的运转情况进行检查,对施工人员的岗位资格进行核实。运至预制现场的砂、碎石、水泥、钢筋等原材料要进行抽样检验。施工场地及电缆槽成品存放场地建设完成。
Before construction, check the operation status of the vibrating platform and other equipment, and verify the qualification of the construction personnel. Raw materials such as sand, gravel, cement, steel bar and so on should be sampled for inspection. Construction site and cable slot product storage site construction completed.

1、钢筋加工
1. Reinforcement processing
按设计施工图《铁路路基电缆槽》图号:通路(2010)8041的设计要求对进场合格的钢筋进行下料加工。并对下料的钢筋尺寸、规格验收,合格后方可使用。

2、模板加工
2, template processing
根据设计施工图《铁路路基电缆槽》图号:通路(2010)8041的电缆槽结构尺寸形式及现场施工用的电缆槽形式加工电缆槽硬塑料定型模具。电缆槽模具进场验收合格后方可使用,在使用过程中随时检查模具是否损坏,如有损坏清除淘汰。

3、钢筋安装

电缆槽钢筋在钢筋加工场地绑扎完成(模外绑扎),电缆槽模具进场经验收合格后并清理干净,脱模剂涂刷均匀后。将电缆槽钢筋整体装入电缆槽模具中,并调整保护层间距直至满足设计及规范要求。

The cable groove reinforcement is integrated into the cable slot mold, and the spacing between the protective layers is adjusted until the design and specification requirements are met.
4、混凝土浇筑

电缆槽钢筋安装完成后,经质检工程师及监理验收合格后,浇筑混凝土。混凝土采用现场拌合的方式,振捣采用平板振捣器制作的振动台振捣,一般振捣时间控制在3-4min(根据现场实际可适当调整),不得过振。混凝土入模具分三层入模振捣,保证电缆槽内实外光。混凝土外露模具部分采用人工抹光压实。

The concrete adopts the way of field mixing, vibrate using the vibration table made by plate vibrator, the general vibration time is controlled in 3-4min (according to the actual field actual adjustment), no vibration. The concrete into the mold is divided into three layers into the mold to ensure that the inside and outside light of the cable trench is ensured. The concrete exposed mold part is artificially smoothed and compacted.
5、拆模养护
5. Mold maintenance
预制电缆槽混凝土拆模时间一般控制在混凝土强度达到2.5MPa以上。拆模后对电缆槽初次验收,对于完整无损的电缆槽加强养护,养护方式采用两种方式,一种是自然养护。采用土工膜或草袋覆盖洒水保湿的方式。这种方式适用于温度较高时。第二种方式采用蒸汽养护,这种方式适用于冬季施工的养护。两种养护方式的养护时间都不少于7天。
