水泥厂排水沟盖板的规划、安全荷载要求：
Planning and Safety Load Requirements of Drainage Channel Cover in Cement Plant:
1、单人通行的走道板，其均布荷载才华不小于3.0 kN/m2;

2、双向通行的走道板，其均布荷载才华不小于5.0kN/m2;
2. The uniform load talent of the two-way walkway slab is not less than 5.0kN/m2.
3、高密度人行走道板，其均布荷载才华不小于7.5kN/m2;

4、对交通道路上运用的排水沟盖板，轮压增加10%，均布荷载才华应相应增加25%。

5、排水沟盖板中如有堵截，钢格板余下的面积应具有持平的荷载才华。 途径走道的规划要求排水沟盖板途径接受规划荷载时，其变形挠度不能大于跨距的1/200，最大不能超过10mm。

The planning of the passageway requires that the deformation deflection of the drainage ditch cover plate should not be greater than 1/200 of the span and the maximum should not exceed 10 mm when it accepts the planned load.
6、除满意上述要求外，还应契合下列规则：规划荷载值1.5时，钢格板不会发生永久变形; 规划荷载值3.0时，钢格板不会发生裂断。
