聚氨酯电缆槽产品优势:原材料聚氨基甲酸酯(简称聚氨酯),以其韧性好、固化快、无苯乙烯烟雾等有点使其在复合材料中脱颖而出。主要成份聚氨酯、玻璃纤维,具有优异的拉伸特性、抗冲击性和耐腐蚀性。其典型拉伸强度约880kg/cm2,拉伸模量约30230kg/cm2,断裂伸长率为7.5%以上。经过发泡的聚氨酯复合材料还可减重达20%。与不饱和聚酯、乙烯基酯等其他树脂相比,聚氨酯全面提高了产品的物理性能。

聚氨酯的强度和刚度性能比不饱合聚酯树脂高2~5倍。因产品优异的韧性,聚氨酯复合电缆桥架经加工和冲切的边缘显现极少甚至没有微裂纹,表面很硬,孔隙率低,有利于后道加工如钻孔、机械加工和装配等作业。与不饱和聚酯、乙烯基酯等树脂拉挤产品相比,用聚氨酯拉挤在现场施工方便程度上,以及使用年限上具有一定的优势。
