水泥厂排水沟盖板的规划、安全荷载要求：

1、单人通行的走道板，其均布荷载才华不小于3.0 kN/m2;

5、排水沟盖板中如有堵截，钢格板余下的面积应具有持平的荷载才华。 途径走道的规划要求排水沟盖板途径接受规划荷载时流水槽模具 u型槽模具 电缆槽模具 隔离墩钢模具 护坡砖模具 钢制闸门 螺杆式启闭机 卷扬式启闭机，其变形挠度不能大于跨距的1/200，最大不能超过10mm。

6、除满意上述要求外，还应契合下列规则：规划荷载值1.5时，钢格板不会发生永久变形; 规划荷载值3.0时，钢格板不会发生裂断。
